Fit Club

Fit Club ~ Fitness through Integral Training. This program has been designed to include all components of fitness. There will be short bouts of cardiovascular activities, muscle strengthening and endurance exercises, flexibility and body fat consultation. Every participant works at their own level and all levels of fitness can benefit from this program. This is the best of both worlds. You get the energy of working with a group while receiving the attention and expertise of working with a trainer for a fraction of the cost.



Personal and Semi-Private Training

All trainings are designed specificly for your needs. There is a free consultation before your training to discuss your goals. During your private or semi-private training, Robin will have a short meeting with you before and talk about the "plan of attack". Once you have completed your training, you will receive a written program and a follow-up fitness evaluation.





Quick Fire~ This quick moving 30-minute training is designed to fire your metabolism up, burn a massive amount of calories and condition your body through metabolic training.  Quick Fire is designed for all fitness levels.  



Get Jacked

Get Jacked ~ This 30 minute Get Jacked class is designed for clients that want a straight lift.  No jumps, no runs.  The class will include body toning while increasing muscle strength and endurance.  Kettlebells, dumbbells, bands, TRX, and body weight exercises will be used.



Annie's Wicked Wednesday & Sunday Fun Day

Annies Wicked Wednesday & Sunday Fun Day ~ Join Annie, for a 60-minute total body boot camp. Annie will incorporate head to toe conditioning and toning. Get the definition you have been looking for! All levels welcome to this family-friendly workout.

Pilates & Barre ~ A 30-minute class of core sculpting and leg burning fun! AB work with some barre moves for the overall body blast!



Beth's Power Pilates & Power Pilates Express

Power Pilates & Power Pilates Express ~ One 60 and one 30 min class of  This is a 60-minute Pilates mat class with a twist, small intense moves that challenge balance and core strength. This class will focus on a full-body strengthening and lengthening workout!



Throwback Thursday

Throwback Thursday ~ This is going to bring you back! This 60 minute class with old-school step choreography. Keeping your heart rate up and your mind busy! The class will end with 10 minutes of abdominal work.
